NEW YORK, 12 JULY 2021: Shuttlerock, leading Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) business delivering attention-worthy advertising content to global brands, welcomes Amanda Donovan, Partner at Auckland law firm Haigh Lyon, to their Board of Directors.
The latest in a series of big announcements, Donovan joins Shuttlerock during a high-growth phase where investment in talent, especially in the R&D and Sales departments, is a primary focus for the company. Preserving the company’s supportive, inclusive and high-energy culture, whilst retaining interpersonal connections amongst a quickly expanding head count, is therefore of paramount importance.
This bodes well with Donovan’s passion and many years’ experience on the people and culture front. Donovan says, “The success of any company is in its people. The right people will engage and listen to each other. Unwittingly and positively they will together drive the culture and the company vision. Culture is long-term and it transcends job descriptions and the next product launch. It is how employees think, behave and ultimately recruit new employees. I have seen the positive energy at Shuttlerock and look forward to working with this dynamic company.”
Shuttlerock’s Founder & CEO, Jonny Hendriksen, says, “We’re thrilled to welcome Amanda to the Board. Her experience will bring fresh thinking and spark new conversations, aiding discussions that we might otherwise not have had”.
Donovan joins four existing Shuttlerock Board members: Jonny Hendriksen (CEO & Founder of Shuttlerock), Paul Bingham (Executive Chair), Chintaka Ranatunga (Managing Partner at GD1), and Sam Morgan (Founder and former CEO of TradeMe).
