We’re back in action, highlighting some powerful features from the past few months that are designed to make your life easier, your creative workflow smoother, and your data lovers happier.

New Feature: Canvas
Say hello to Canvas, your new workspace for reviewing and comparing up to 100 deliverables at once inside ShuttlerockCloud. No more endless tab-hopping - Canvas gives you a big-picture view while letting you zoom in on the details that matter.
As part of our QA control and assessment push, Canvas works alongside CreativeX and Automated QA to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy - without the hassle.
Designed for efficiency, Canvas helps you scan entire projects for inconsistencies. Unlike one-by-one comparisons, it lets you drag, move, and resize deliverables in a Miro-like workspace, complete with grid lines, snapping, and scaling.
You can find Canvas in the Review page. Click the Canvas tab, and your first 100 deliverables will load instantly. From there, you can:
- Compare up to 100 deliverables at once.
- Zoom & resize to focus on key details.
- Use overlays & safe zones for precise checks.
- View metadata for quick insights.
- Drag & arrange deliverables intuitively.
- Play individual videos in full-screen.
- Right-click any deliverable to open it in a new tab with a draft revision.
With filters coming soon, customizing your QA review will be easier than ever.

Feature Spotlight: Account Insights Dashboard
Need a clearer picture of your creative output? We’ve got you covered. The Account Insights Dashboard puts key creative metrics right at your fingertips, giving you instant visibility into project volume, efficiency, and trends - all without the headache of manual tracking.
Now, you can see exactly how many deliverables have been produced, how long projects take to move through the pipeline, and how assets are distributed across platforms and formats. No digging, no spreadsheets - just real-time insights, ready when you need them.
And because one-size-fits-all never really works, we’ve built in filtering options so you can drill into specific regions, categories, or brands. Whether you're tracking trends over time, comparing creative output across teams, or exporting a custom report for review, everything is just a few clicks away.

Feature Spotlight: CreativeX Integration
Let’s be real - everyone wants high-performing creative. But how do you know your ads are set up for success? Enter CreativeX, now integrated into ShuttlerockCloud, to screen and score your creative based on industry best practices.
No more second-guessing - this powerful QA tool provides instant, independent quality assessments against industry benchmarks from Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, ensuring your content meets platform best practices before going live.
Once activated for your brand, a CreativeX tab appears in your ShuttlerockCloud Review and Creative pages. As soon as creative is uploaded, CreativeX runs a full analysis - checking visual, audio, and text elements - then assigns a quality score based on platform standards. Reports typically generate within 10 minutes to a few hours - so hang tight, it’s worth the wait.
In the review page, open the CreativeX tab and click "CreativeX Results" to access the full report, explore details, or challenge a score if needed.
Clicking the CreativeX tab in the side navigation on creative pages gives you quick access to a preflight summary and the option to download a preflight report (XLSX). The results table updates automatically with new versions, keeping the latest insights at your fingertips.
CreativeX is part of our broader QA control and assessment strategy, working alongside our Automated QA tool and Canvas. Together, these tools create a robust quality control system, ensuring every piece of creative meets the highest standards and giving you confidence in every asset we produce.

Tip of the Month: Simplify Project Access Management
Managing high project volumes? Now, you can save time and take control by setting default project access at the brand level. Instead of manually updating share settings for each new project, head to the "Project access" section in your Brand Profile and set your preferences upfront.
- One-time setup, automatic application to all future projects under that brand.
- Perfect for enterprise teams handling multiple projects at scale.
Note: This only applies to new projects created after the setting is updated - so set it early to make the most of it!
