As we kick off 2025, Shuttlerock is excited to announce two significant developments that mark a pivotal step in our mission to serve our global clients better: the appointment of Chloé Allart as VP of Global Partnership Development, and the expansion of our presence in the US Midwest, particularly in Chicago.
Strengthening Global Client Partnerships with Chloé Allart
To bring us closer to our largest and most complex global clients, we are excited to welcome Chloé Allart to the Shuttlerock team as VP of Global Partnership Development. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Chloé brings a wealth of experience from her 13-year tenure at Meta (formerly Facebook), where she held international roles, including managing global client relationships with Procter & Gamble and Nestlé.
In her new role, Chloé will focus on developing Shuttlerock’s global client activity across Europe, leveraging her extensive expertise to enhance strategic partnerships and deliver optimal value. She will also join our Global Client Partnership Development Team, contributing to our collective efforts to deepen client collaboration worldwide.

In addition to strengthening our presence in Europe, Shuttlerock is expanding its footprint in the US Midwest with the establishment of a new hub in Chicago. This expansion is driven by our exponential growth in 2024, particularly among CPG and Automotive clients who face challenges in scaling consistent, high-quality digital ad creative.
An expanded Midwest team will enable us to provide even better service to some of our largest and most complex enterprise clients.
